All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. This policy applies to all jewelry, custom orders, layaway items, and repairs.

Please review your item carefully before completing your purchase. We encourage customers to ask questions, verify sizes, and inspect their jewelry to ensure satisfaction before finalizing a sale.

There are no refunds or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Accidental damage after purchase

  • Wear and tear

  • Tarnish or breakage resulting from improper handling

  • Loss or theft

Custom orders and special orders are also final sale.

Jewelry Repair Disclaimer and Policy

Repair Disclaimer

Damage to jewelry is most often caused by regular wear, pulling, bending, impact, or improper handling. This type of damage is not considered a manufacturing defect. Hollow gold jewelry, in particular, is more delicate than solid gold and must be worn carefully. It should not be treated like stainless steel, titanium, or costume jewelry. Once hollow links are dented or crushed, they cannot be restored to their original shape.

Repair Limitations

  • Repairs are performed at the customer’s request and risk.

  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to the condition of the jewelry at the time it is brought in.

  • Hollow jewelry that is bent, crushed, or severely kinked may not be repairable.

  • Some chain styles may weaken after breakage or multiple repairs.

  • We cannot guarantee the strength of a previously damaged or repaired area.

Warranty Notice

We do not offer warranty coverage for:

  • Damage caused by normal wear

  • Pulling or snapping of chains

  • Damage caused by heavy pendants on hollow chains

  • Crushed links, dents, or bends

  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemicals

Customer Responsibility

By leaving a piece for repair, the customer acknowledges:

  • The risk involved with repairing previously damaged or hollow jewelry

  • That future breakage may occur if the item continues to be worn roughly

  • That repair charges are non-refundable

For best durability, we recommend choosing solid gold for daily wear or for holding pendants.

Layaway Policy
 

Layaway Terms​

  • The remaining balance may be paid over a maximum of 6 months.

  • Items are held only after the deposit is received.

  • The layaway item will not be released until it is paid in full.

Extensions

  • If more time is needed, extensions are available upon request.

  • Extension requests must be made before the due date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • If a layaway is canceled or payment deadlines are not met, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as store credit only.

Pricing Policy

  • Prices are locked at the time the layaway begins.

Final Sales

  • All layaway sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges after completing payments.
